5 Blanvon Rd, Jamaica Plain5 Blanvon Street apt 1. There is a severe infestation problem due the hoarding situation in apt 1. I would prefer to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation since it is the landlords apartment. The landlords name is Thomas McElhinney. The smell coming from his aparment smells like death, I am not sure how else to describe it.
