add'l feedback/escalation This is not an answer. Give me the reason why the traffic clerk thought they could block the street and hold up traffic. What are you doing to punish this traffic clerk? Give me answers. Why does the parking clerk think he can block traffic for 10 minutes on Irving? The road was completely blocked! There was backup all the way to Charles due to this parking clerk.

Under what regulation can a person obtain a new "temporary parking permit" every month (for at leat 6 months) with a different car and different out-of-state registration? The Parking Clerk's office refused to investigate to answer because there are 10 permits at the address where the driver seems to live and that was "too many for her to investigate." Meanwhile, owners cannot park here because the few spaces we have are taken by others with fake addresses. Please explain both permits&addresses.

Several non resident vehicles blocking sidewalks and parked illegally. Need parking clerk to ticket or remove these vehicles.

There needs to be a "Permitted Court Vehicles Only 8am-5pm" co-located on the Stop Sign. This request is being made by the First Assistant Clerk Magistrate through the District Police Captain.

There are numerous employees in the Parking Clerk that have tested positive for Covid. No one from HR has reached out to any close contacts or have let others know there was an exposure. They are not 6 ft apart from each other !!! Thinking maybe some one dropped the ball on this one. SHUT THE OFFICE DOWN & CLEAN & DISINFECT ( which they stopped doing ). Or at least let them do reduced staff instead of endangering others health !!!!

Why is there no air circulation in the parking clerks office? Why are we here when others are working from home? No reduced hours or limited staff options? EIGHT people in this office have COVID and we continue to work with unvaccinated people who refuse to wear a mask DO SOMETHING the management does not care!! They are part of te problem not enforcing masks Also not telling staff they?ve been exposed to non vaccinated COVID positive people.

Why is the parking clerk office arm 224 working full staff with 5 people out with COVID. we don't have 6ft rule or people wearing masks. Do something before someone dies
