Intersection Of Brooks St And Chelsea St, East Boston, MaTo the side of 21 Brooks Street there is a new 3 family house being built. There used to be a driveway. That is obviously no longer there and the no parking sign that is there no longer needs to be there. Not having that driveway has created 2 more parking spots in an already impossible area of East Boston to find parking. I implore you to remove that 2 signs so that residents no longer get ticketed by BTD at 3am
CLOSED #101003473441Case Noted. If there is a curb cut that was not closed due to the new construction it should have been closed by the new owner or owners. BTD will not be responsible once the signs are removed for tickets related to the curb cut. The signs will be removed. Any tickets related to this issue should be addressed to BTD's Office of the Parking Clerk or BTD Enforcement.

1 City Hall Plz, Boston, Ma, 02108The Office of the Parking Clerk is assessing late penalties on disputed tickets while the tickets are still in the dispute stage and not notifying those who have contested the violation. How is it ethical/legal to impose a late fee when a ticket is disputed immediately/within the defined window of time? The Parking Clerk staff noted they are "behind schedule" with parking ticket disputes, but that should not give rise to artificial late fees being assessed. Again, how is this legal/ethical?
CLOSED #101003435555Case Noted. Tickets that are on a "hold" status does not received a late fee unless it was disputed over the 21 days time limit or the ticket dispute had a decision made and reactivated.
