Man covered in cardboard on bench. Cardboard always ends up on sidewalk and bike lane. Smells of urine. Third report made. Can something be done to assist him? When he is awake, he seems intoxicated.

Unavoidable broken glass in bike lane on Alford St between 89 MA-99 and Dexter St in both directions of travel. This is already a pretty stressful and scary, but essential and heavily-travelled route for cycling heading into Everett and Malden. Looks like panes of glass were broken? Too much broken glass to have been bottles.

The bike lane along Camebridge street between Lincoln St and Windom St is covered in thick dust, making it slippery and dangerous for bikes riding downhill from the bridge. It should be cleaned regularly after construction vehicles.
