We put out a sleeper sofa/sofa bed for trash collection, but it was not collected. It has a mattress permanently attached inside the sofa. The mattress pickup system says our address is not eligible. The sofa is currently outside. Please arrange collection or let us know how it should be disposed of.

Dirty mattress has been blocking the sidewalk for over a month. Seen rats on it.

I was unaware that private property could be allowed to look like a dumping ground. Are you saying this property is being used as a transfer center? Because that’s what it looks like to us. That is completely unacceptable. There are mattresses and trash on the property, and our neighborhood already has a serious rat problem. I will continue filing complaints until this is addressed.
