Two mattresses have been left on the sidewalk of magazine Street

I'm a Boston resident and tenant at 18 Chelsea St. The alley behind our building seems to be a dumping ground for people in East Boston. The street that needs attention leading to that alley is Elbow Street - people have left mattresses and other items out in the back alley and they have been there for several months. It's not only an eyesore, but it's hazardous at this point. To be clear, the residents in 18 Chelsea St keep their items tidy, it's unknown people passing through and neighbors that have discarded of various items on Elbow Street. |
