I live at 75 charter street in the North end, and every week my neighbor on Jackson ave puts trash out infront of my front door too early for trash pickup up and now I am getting tickets weekly. I see the code enforcement people going through trash bags to see who the trash belongs to but he doesn’t look through the contractor bags infront of my building. He just gives me the ticket instead of the building it belongs to around the corner. I have paid hundreds of dollars in tickets. It’s getting beyond frustrating. Please give the tickets to whom they belong.
