595 East 5th street have 8 day old garbage on their back porch. Additionally they threw much garbage off the porch onto common walkway behind houses.

There are constantly off leash dogs (this one is wearing a leash but no one is on the other end) absolutely destroying the grass at Titus sparrow park

This thing was abandoned months ago. It’s gross, blocking the road and pieces are breaking off causing litter everywhere. What do I do to get this removed???? Please don’t write “noted” and blow this off. I’d like a detail description on how to get this gone. ITS IN THE ALLEYWAY

Noise complaint - Car alarm has been going off for about an hour

Trash can has been out at the curb for over a week, no pickup. Landlord says it’s my problem, 311 continues to tell me the can has not been at the curb. I’m lost at what I can do at this point except throw my recycling in the trash. I’ve had difficulties recycling since moving in - when I place the can on the public alley 442 curb it gets moved off of the curb, halfway down the street, etc. by who knows who. It’s now next to a stack of other cans (still on the curb) because someone moved it there, so it should be accessible, but it still hasn’t been picked up.
