Building alarm has been going off for hours now

Owners of 470 Atlantic Ave claim Boston ISD and Health Dept required this to keep birds off the roof. This is visible from the street and ugly. Yet no other building i see uses this to keep birds off the roof.

Back of 86 Charles on Mt Vernon Sq off River St. Suffolk property mgmt’s solution to the overflowing garbage cans was to remove the garbage cans ! There is open garbage many days of the week at this property.
