I was parked on/near 284 River Road in Winthrop, MA 02152 from 2/22/2026 at 3 pm to 2/24/2026 2:30 pm, during the blizzard and the street parking bans. Due to the parking ban, I had to park much further away from my apartment than usual, so I did not go out to see my car and shovel it out until 2/24 at around 2 pm, during my work lunch break. The weather conditions were also not safe until around this time to go out to my car. When I got to my car I noticed a giant and deep dent and scratch on back end of the drivers side, from a plow truck, causing the door to not be able to open and damage around the gas tank opening. There was no note left or report made, I spoke with the police office and the dispatchers office on 2/24 at 2:45pm (dispatch), 5:30pm (dispatch) and 6pm (officer/in person) and I was advised by the to file a report online. I have also emailed the photos in to one of the officers at the Winthrop police department. There was another person a block behind me who also got struck by the plow. He advised that it had happened around 1:30pm on 2/24, but I was not there at this time, and had not been since 3 pm on 2/22. He advised that he had submitted a report as well. I was parked all the way up by the curb and was following all the winter storm parking ban rules.

Hit and run on South Charles Street, this van tried to parallel park, but the black car, then took off at 1:05pm. Images provided, video can be provided by Old Town Trolley upon request. Unsure of possible damages.

trash in the rear of 81 east Berkley is pilled up and not properly deposited of. it has been piled up for over 3 weeks. I walk behind 81 east Berkley and next to peters park baseball field, rodents are present. the resident throw trash and garbage over the fence, not placing trash in. the address is the back of 81 east berkley next to project place behind the building next to peters park baseball field barrels. Trash people are not collecting all trash that is deposed in the trash area. it smells and the people in charge of collecting trash are not taking all the trash. They are not doing their job. Please ask the city to inspect...please ask the trash removal people to take necessary steps to collect all the trash and not leave it there. Trash not picked from trash pickup location , st Joseph’s co op community across from Gilbert st park, Roxbury ma trash from sidewalk picked up . My trash can for 108 regent st still full plz send truck back
