Rodent Activity
MLK Blvd Roxbury -Food truck is still operating all hours of evening & Rodent Activity has tripled!! This is the second time reporting ..can the city at least place rat boxes down?? Or have the food vendor on MLK Blvd move closer Humboldt Ave plz! My mechanic just pointed out I have rat droppings on my oil reservoir and chewed hoses & wires under the hood of my car causing mechanical issues!!!

This truck is parked in a travel lane for 30 mins and this is happening 3 times a week on M W and F around 330pm. Completely backs up the traffic in the Back Bay grid locking everything.

Pest Infestation - Residential
Adding to the multiple 311 reports for the noise disturbances by the union strike. Hope the strikers and Mayor Wu don’t require any services from sleep deprived pilots, doctors, and nurses affected by the constant noise at the Park Plaza/Bay Village. Any feedback on how to address the quality of life issue we have been experiencing all month would be greatly appreciated.

Constituent is calling becauase of their great difficulties getting their child transferred from Excel High School over to Academy of the Pacific Rim charter public school. Constituent states they filled out the paper work to withdraw their student from BPS to then become a student at APR, but had their childs start date pushed back twice. Constituent child was suposed to start on Wednesday, October 23, but once there the school told constituent they had no record. Constituent states they had extensive conversations with the Director of Enrollment and Family Engagement, Gabrielle, who had explained the mistakes on the APR schools part for the push back of the start date, but since has not returned any calls or emails. Constituent states they had gotten the notification that their child had a seat at APR on the 15th and constituent accpeted the seat on the 15th. Constituent states that APR called them to officially welcome their child to the school on the 16th.
