Cars speeding on bunker hill, not yielding to pedestrians in crosswalks. Need enforcement or traffic calming measures.

Light post with stop sign attached to it was hit. Light at top is shattered, not illuminating the street anymore. Pole of the light post is crooked and has been getting worse for the past week. There is a giant shard of glass at the top that is a hazard risk.

Once upon a time before the construction of this new apartment building, there was no parking on the right or left of the street on Fremont. Now there are cars parked on both sides, making it challenging for cars to turn out of Faunce or any two cars to pass an opposite directions on Fremont at once. Somehow, the street signs on both sides of the road have been removed as if the street has gotten wider or the traffic pattern has changed. This is an accident waiting to happen.

Four long months ago I submitted a 311 report (#101006299542) for a downed street sign in front of the building I live in. I submitted another request a month ago and have been in contact with my ONS liaison. Four long months later, the street sign is still there and now buried in snow. It’s going to get sick if you don’t take care of properly. Poor traffic sign :( perhaps it could be installed at the corner of Lothian and Strathmore so BTD can stop collecting BS parking violations for being within 20 feet of an intersection. Look at every other intersection around here: it is clearly posted as to where parking is allowed and more often than not, it’s within 20 ft of a more major intersection. Give us resident only parking. Fix the sign in question. Install proper signage that indicates that parking on the corner of Lothian and Strathmore is not allowed.
