The street light pole is leaning towards the street

Still this damage sign on ground for the past three weeks

The constituent reports pieces/debris from nearby poles (city owned) are on the street that have been run over. The constituent states they did not get collected on trash day and were told they would be collected but they are still outside. | Cars parked on the street: [No]

There is what looks to be a rat hole (specifically two) on either side of a young tree outside of 29 Worthington St. Holes are large and appeared in the last week.

Stop sign needs to be put up on corner of Rockne and 146 Milton St. This was reported over 2 months ago!! Please send send someone to fix this. Thank you.

Sign fell down

Sent many times, pole needs arm and light. Fell off long ago. Crew was out swapping lights and again did nothing to this pole. Very dark in this spot.
