A tractor trailer took out the pole and there's been no light

Street light is out on the right side of Sawyer Ave, Dorchester between # 90 Sawyer Ave. and the intersection of Sawyer and Downer Avenues. #76 Downer Ave is the large gray house on the corner of Sawyer and Downer. The street light is located on the Sawyer Ave side of #76 Downer. The light pole also has a yellow “Drive Slow” sign on it.

Intersection of Baldwin st and medford st in Charlestown needs to be reviewed - pulling out of Baldwin st onto medford st is impossible to do safely. There is a blind spot to left (towards Sullivan) because of cars parked on medford st (towards Sullivan) and given the curve of the street you cannot see oncoming traffic. Please eliminate 2 parking spaces on medford to allow drivers exiting Baldwin st to be able to see oncoming traffic. Very dangerous intersection and can be easily addressed by not allowing parking. Please examine intersection ASAP before a worse accident occurs!! Alternatively you could put up mirrors on rhe light pole so we could see the oncoming traffic.

Cornell and Kittredge Street. Stop sign was destroyed by a car. Unsafe situation exists - the sign has not been replaced.

Missing stop sign hasn’t been replaced. Cars speeding through intersection and a car accident has happened. Please replace ASAP!
