I would like to request the installation of a “Wrong Way” sign at this location. Recently, there has been an increase in vehicles entering against traffic, creating a safety concern for residents and drivers. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There was a no Parking sign that got damaged during a snow storm from a plow 2 years ago never been replaced. The problem is people are getting tickets for parking down from the next sign up the street for parking we're it should be legal if the damaged sign was replaced.

Broken window glass all over the sidewalk. Look for the light pole. The glass is all along the metal fence

Graffiti wall and yellow pole

Today at approximately 4:50 PM, while I was turning from D Street onto Summer Street, my car shut off while I was slowing down to stop, and the engine warning light came on. Due to this mechanical issue, the vehicle went out of control, and the brakes were not functioning properly. In order to avoid a more serious accident, I struck a taxi stand sign. There were no injuries, and the incident was unintentional. I am reporting this matter for documentation and any necessary follow-up.

The taxi stand sign at the intersection of D Street and Summer Street, near the curve by the Omni Hotel on D Street, is broken.
