Street sign removed from ground and blocking ramp

Some retard smashed into the sign post and left it blocking the sidewalk

Litter and damaged sign. People keep throwing their trash items in front of my property at 75-77 F street. NOT MY TRASH OR MY TENANTS

Wires behind 519 E 2nd street, S. Boston There is a large bundle of tangled, loose telecommunications/utility wires on the utility pole immediately outside my deck in South Boston. One wire is down on the ground next to the building. I’m not sure if the lines maybe unused or abandoned, as this is a new building, and are hanging loosely. I am concerned about safety. Could the responsible utility/telecommunications companies identified and the wires be removed or properly secured. They are located in the back of the building near the S Boston Post Office parking lot.

Hello, this sign was knocked over back in January. I’ve submitted a previous request for this (5 months ago - #101006608210), but the attached photo is current. If it helps, this sign is new in the past 18 or so months, signing new parking due to a new construction project nearby, which had removed old parking.
