Street light out on black pole please replace thank you

Constituent reports a number of loose signs dumped in their building, some being traffic signs and some being MBTA signs. Constituent has a stop sign and speed limit sign they want to see if BTD would want back before they try disposing of it. They said they would reach out to MBTA about their respective signs as well. This sign is back tied up to the traffic light pole AGAIN as of 3-24-26. Previous note: The people in the truck in the pic tied their psychic advertising sign up to the pole and then left

Constituent states she would like the square patch where utility pole used to be that is filled in with gravel to be paved over. The gravel is now sinking in and resident is blind.
