Bee hives inside the railing at Saunders at Moakley Park. I’m posting two photos. The hives are inside the two poles, left and right the upper poles. The hives are huge and kids are being stung. Can this be remedied?

Elderly gentleman had to go into street to get on bus. The stop is missing one of the two signs and cars are parking there because it looks legal.
