Fallen down "crossing ahead" sign, on the ground next to the sidewalk, between the driveway entrances for the 2Life nursing homes, across the street from the big yellow house (29 Wallingford). Been lying there all winter. Please fix.

Do not enter and stop sign combo pole is broken next to prima in Charlestown

On the corner of Park dr and Brookline ave, one of the smaller traffic pole indicators seems to be almost or completely unsecured from the ground, I went to stretch while holding onto the pole and felt it lean pretty far but I managed to move it back before I would assume it to fall. Worried that it could fall on someone doing the same thing.

Please put a mirror on the light pole next to 46 lincoln st, Brighton MA. Without, the drive way is completely blind and people park right up to it, so its a very dangerous point when someone is coming out of the driveway

Constituent called for clarification about this permit since the occupancy permits were posted down the length of the entire street, all the way down to their address at 153 Birch St. Upon further inpection, the permit seems to only be listed for 14-22 Birch St, despite where signage is posted. Constituent states that these signs are misleading and would like a call back from Permitting to follow up on this.]
