The Crosswalk Signal button is not working. The pole is next to Rogers Services gas station. Dangerous situation for more than four months for pedestrians

Can you please make it clear that cars are not allowed to park on this corner between the driveway and the crosswalk? There is a preschool and tons of pedestrians that are put in danger because of the cars that park here.

405 harrison ave loitering littering,loud on drugs leaning on resident's cars, no business being here but here on a faiily basis, multiple men and women. Angle of photo only shows 2 men. The rest are inside the doorway. They are psi clients. There is also a dangerous metal pole that one of them dragged over and is leaning in a cornerof the building.
