    Utility Pauls left unattached and why is everywhere blah blah. My deck off upstairs is unusable because of the exposed wires hanging over my deck… Xfinity & Fios  ( not electricity ) they’re still wires. The have poles on both sides of my house. Trees are over 100 years old. The wires are installed use the tree breaches to hole wires.
