    Can you please do something about excessive vehicle noise and drag racing around the Public Garden and Common on Friday nights and weekends? This happens regularly in the summer and is just starting up again. Last it was happening on Beacon and Charles St at 12:30am. Sometimes it happens as late as 3am. It's impossible to sleep through the night in this neighborhood on the weekends because of it.
