Approaching 5 years on these temporary trench repairs. This is an important sidewalk to get to red line. Nearly broke my ankle. What’s the hold up on finishing the work?

The sidewalk is not shoveled between the intersection of Austin Ave & Benningon street up to 1091 Bennington street on the side of the street driving towards Revere. To reiterate, most of this section of street is UNOCCUPIED because of an empty lot where a previous building burned down, and the handicap ramp at the intersection of Austin Ave & bennington street is FULLY UNACCESSIBLE. A lot of people use these sidewalks to walk their dogs and commute, and this sidewalk is completely unpassable and it is an ADA violation to have a mound of snow completely blocking a sidewalk. I have opened TWO previous incidents, 10106555135 and 101006508505, both were closed and nothing has been done, this has been like this for two plus weeks now. The red line indicates the side of the road that needs to be cleared.

Between Ashmont and Shawmut on the red line, there's a section of land above the tracks at Welles Ave that no one really shovels. I can't tell if this is MBTA land or not though. There's also an abandoned building next to it, which also isn't shoveled

Sidewalk under red line bridge needs snow shoveling

The intersection of Traveler St and Harrison is extremely unsafe. 1) the median crosswalk between tatte and bar mezzana, circled in red, has not been cleared so people have to walk into the middle of the intersection to cross. 2) the snow is pushed and plowed so deep into the intersection it is causing a huge blind spot for cars trying to turn or go straight. The red line note where the road is and you can see who the snow blocks the road. It has been like this for over 24 hours. Please clean the crosswalk and road.
