Sinkhole in a red lined street

There is a large red pick up truck parked right at the stop sign, blocking all visibility from Mayfield Street onto the oncoming traffic on Pleasant Street. It is already a very dangerous low visibility intersection. The truck has been there for two days is completely blocking disability, and is fully passed the line where it should be parked.

Eastbound lane of commonwealth ave at the BU bridge. The sign indicating no left hand turns (across B line tracks) is damaged (tilted and bent), and people are making a lot of left hand turns there. It has become extremely dangerous to bikers, pedestrians and other motorists as cars idle on the tracks and go through red lights since this is not a safe place for left hand turns. This is the same location of the Thanksgiving car accident with the B line.

Water is flowing out of a water line access cover in the street near the intersection of Centre Street and Clementine Park in Dorchester. It's been leaking for several days and flowing into an adjacent street. Only 3 out of 14 cars parked on the odd side of Dorchester Ave from Andrew Square to the Polish Church have resident stickers on them - everyone else is parking without a sticker - I had to park on Boston Street in Dorchester since we can only park overnight on the odd side due to street cleaning. And come first thing tomorrow the even side of street will be filled with people parking and leaving their cars for the day and taking the red line into town. Please start ticketing these people - so the legal residents can park near their homes.

Will someone please stop the endless flow of used hypodermic needles and urine stains overwhelming the entrance/exit to the South Station Red Line/Silver Line entrances

This section of Sullivan sq does not have lane markings anymore which leads to a lot of confusion and illegal lane-changes. This "rotary" is in grid lock almost every day because the lanes are not clear and people think they can change lanes. It's unsafe. Can we please get the guide lines repainted? The area in the red circle is what I'm referencing - those lines in the picture are no longer there.
