Needle and biohazard on red line train

These two tree wells got paved over many years ago. Given the goals about increasing the tree canopy in the Fenway, can you please review for uncovering them and planting two trees? This stretch of road has no trees and would be good to add two. Thanks.

Once again residency parking people are going to the train station Summit Red Line train station parking all up all up and down Nixon Street there's nowhere to park for residents like myself it's sad

Constituent states that the bus with commercial plates at this location which keeps parking on neighboring streets. The bus is wide and makes it difficult for other vehicles to pass. This is also residential parking.
