trash out early. 74 E Brookline

Nearly every morning while waiting for the 57 bus, I notice a lot of rice and bread left on the pavement and while it is feeding birds right now, in time it will no doubt be attracting rats also as the weather becomes warmer. There is a trash can in front of the restaurant business which I "suspect" is dumping the food on the pavement. The business is Brighton Bodega (and they might be totally innocent of my complaint). Their address is 328 Washington St, Brighton, MA 02135. Someone needs to investigate and stop this dumping of food on the pavement - it is perfectly fine to put uneaten food in a disposable bag and put the bag in the trash can. Tv pick up. Found it on the ground it front of home lifted it out of walk way.

Garbage bag not in the barrel. The rats will easily tear through this.

Tree in high school parking lot is damaging our property, causing sidewalk to be elevated and have already had someone injure themselves. I’ve called the city 5 time about it

A tow truck left this on my sidewalk last night. The red bucket is filled with car oil. It was left outside 80 Barry st across from 79 Barry st.

Constituent has been living here for a few years now. Toilet pours water without anything clogged or flushed. Bathroom floor is currently covered in 1 in of water. Put request in for maintenance hours ago and no one has been by yet. Has happened five times within the few years she has lived here but more often in the last 6 months, and each time they send someone over saying it is her fault and she needs a better plunger. Hot water only works about 25% of the time. Floors are peeling up so bad they can not be cleaned without causing mold. Said they would repair them if she resigned then once she did said they were unable to make these repairs, but did not say this in writing only over the phone. Heat has been off for a month now. Had to buy space heaters for the unit. There is a loft that the bed is under. The loft is concaving in the middle. Have requested an inspection. They sent someone over who just smacked it and said it is not going anywhere. Requested mold inspection for black mold in the shower. Sent out maintenance who just placed more caulking over it. Can still see the mold growing around the new caulking. There are numerous LARGE POTHOLES in this area. They were filled already and the LARGE POTHOLES ARE BACK AGAIN.
