Along Commonwealth Avenue buying star market, there are pedestrian crosswalks being built/extended. One day the whole pathway was flooded where water was inside the Jersey barriers and pedestrian such as myself had a walk into the roadway. Now that the rain and flooding has gone down, the remains a large puddle that should be used for a catch basin.
