Rodent sightings due to 2 large brush piles at rear of home, up against fence. Resident made 2nd brush pile in back of next door neighbor’s home too. Rodents run thru Boynton St back yards. As I was throwing out my trash this morning, a very large rat, jumped out of the trash receptacle. The receptacles in my building are a mess and the Management Company does nothing about it.

Rats at the back of property all day. I already reported this 2 weeks ago. I have left many messages for Patrick on his cell phone and emails with no response. The problem is increasing

The rats are all over this property. They are attacking people and kids. They are out during the day as well. All up under the cars in the parking lot and running across door steps. It truly is out of control.

Rats have been seen, and Boston Properties has only power washed the area three times in ten years. Driveway should be cleaned weekly to address health and safety concerns.
