Pest Infestation - Residential
Back Bay Station Clarendon rats have invaded the area. Garbage room is constantly overflowing and instead of buying my dumpsters, ABM who is not a garbage company comes nightly and illegally picks up trash and leaks trash and liquids through out the bus loop. Trash cans near the bus loop chimney are not emptied in the morning and there are rats jumping into these trash cans. The garbage room is power washed once per week, when it should be done daily and the bus loop driveway is black and fility and has not been completely power washed in 10 years. There's also people feeding the pigeons and this is causing rats. This is all the responsibility of Boston Properties as they signed a contact to maintain the station, of which they are neglecting to do. There's also holes in some of the panels at the bus loop that needed to be filled as this is an entry/exit point for rats

Pest Infestation - Residential
Ever since I moved into this unit, I’ve experienced a persistent cockroach infestation, primarily in the kitchen. I have photo and video evidence of the pests. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, there have been no visible pest control efforts or communication from management. This issue has seriously affected my quality of life and mental health and appears to violate both Massachusetts sanitary code and the terms of my lease agreement, which stated that management is responsible for maintaining a pest-free living environment. I am requesting an official inspection and enforcement action so that appropriate extermination and sealing measures can be taken. | Move in date: [04/30/2025] Owner's name and contact info: [J?Vue at the LMA (617) 693-5078 jvuemgr@jagmgt.com] Occupants name and contact info: [Allison Oh 914-409-8654] Type of insect or rodent: [Cockroaches]
