Rats everywhere! In the area of Gove frankfort and lubec st. Old abandon mount Carmel church and convert.

Neighbor has a lot of rats in and around their garbage in the yard. The rats run under the concrete walkway, then crossover onto my property. Their address is 624 Warren, but the issue is seen on Sunderland St.

Fire hazard, rodent infested, junk cars for years overgrown shrubs

There has been an ongoing rodent infestation issue in our apartment complex since December. At first, the issue involved mice, but now that it is summer, we have had sightings of a rat inside our unit. This has become a serious health and safety concern. The traps currently in the unit are our own traps, not evidence of a coordinated or adequate response from management. Simpson Housing appears to be taking a passive approach instead of clearly informing residents of what specific steps are being taken to ensure the health and safety of everyone in the building. Management has not taken the proper steps to fully resolve the issue. Instead of arranging for proper pest control follow-up and professional sealing of entry points, they continue to send maintenance staff, who are not pest control specialists. Pest control has already stated that there are holes and openings that need to be sealed, and that the appliances need to be checked because rodents may be entering through or behind them. Specific areas of concern include openings around the stove, the utility closet, and behind the washing machine. These areas need to be properly inspected and sealed. The continued rodent activity suggests that the source of entry has not been addressed. I am also concerned because I have allergies and asthma, and the presence of rodents, droppings, urine, and possible contamination creates additional health risks. I am requesting an urgent inspection and enforcement to ensure that management properly addresses the infestation, seals all entry points, checks the appliances, arranges appropriate pest control treatment, and communicates a clear plan to residents regarding how they are protecting resident health and safety.

Dwja brew coffee shop (address: 704 east Broadway) and the building of 704 e broadway south boston has trash and junk in the back alley all the time causing rodent infestation. Trashcan has clear roden chew through marks.

Rat holes

The property at this location has been overgrown with rotting wood furniture for quite some time. With the weather now warm there have been more rodents and borrows coming into the abutters yards. Requesting an inspector and ticketing for this unkempt property (it is a backyard, not a building).

I was at South Station and there were 3 rats running near the AMTRACK ticket counter inside the building. The MBTA employees did not react when they saw them as if this is a normal occurance. The people sitting in the benches jump up or move their legs up. The rats ran thru the stations as if nothing with tons of people there. Seems it is there home. Some people were looking the billboard to see train schedule and must have not seen the rats run by them.

Holes in tops of both commercial dumpsters. These were sent as replacement dumpsters last week. How conveniently this facilitates feeding the rats. The usual lip service from the condo management company. Major source of food for rats. Dead rats baking in the sun in the parking lot.
