Rat infestation behind 1407 Commonwealth Ave, Brighton and Ringer park Allston. Rats living in residents’ cars in parking lot for warmth, eating electrical systems. Property owners, Wingate Companies, say they are worth $2.4 billion but have severely cut back on 1407 commonwealth Ave, Brighton Ma staff operating hours resulting in overflowing dumpsters on weekends. Would appreciate if City of Boston could contact them to maintain properties of elderly/disabled HUD buildings instead of allowing them to develop luxury housing in neighborhood. C02 treatment requested.

Large rats seen running around this property. They always seem to be running towards/underneath pile of branches in the front of the house near trees.

It has become a daily occurrence where we'd see large rats running around throughout the day. This has become a serious issue for us as they have now caused a few thousand dollars worth of damages to our car. The sightings of these rats have only increased so I would really appreciate if the city can address this issue in order to prevent any future damages.

Swarms of rats every night, Monica’s trash always in trash bags and not bins. Bins overflowing. Literal infestation widely reported - please do something !!!
