  • Pest Infestation - Residential

1329 Hyde Park Ave, Hyde Park, Ma, 02136

101006713319 Confirmation no. I was told this case was closed out. I am disappointed since the Dollar Store is using commercial moth balls to control the rodent situation. Besides that is the Dollar Store "MO" and Corporate does not give them $ to hire professionals, customer's were told that is what they are doing and I had to leave the store due to the overpowering smell of moth balls. A second visit is needed because what you saw and what they are doing are two different things.

  • Pest Infestation - Residential

17 San Juan St, Roxbury, Ma, 02118

I am writing to formally escalate a critical health and safety emergency regarding the ongoing and worsening rodent infestation at our property, specifically in the rear yards of the San Juan area, extending from West Brookline Street to Newland Street. As of today, July 9, 2026, the situation has escalated beyond a mere maintenance nuisance; it is now an active public health crisis. We are currently observing multiple carcasses of deceased rats in common residential areas and adjacent to the children’s playground. These decaying remains are attracting swarms of flies, which are then entering our homes. This environment presents immediate, actionable risks to the health and safety of all residents, including our most vulnerable: Vector-Borne Disease Transmission: The presence of flies feeding on rotting biological waste and subsequently entering living spaces creates a direct pathway for the transmission of pathogens into our kitchens and living areas. Public Health Impact: Multiple residents, including toddlers, have reported
