I live in a shelter with my two kids and we’re dealing with bad roach problems it’s getting to the point where I found one in my bed this morning the last two times I found the other two on my wall I don’t feel comfortable sleeping knowing we’re sleeping with roaches and I have a 3 and one year old. I can’t upload the videos I have but I uploaded the photo I have this shelter is in Brighton on Soliders field rd . I’ve spoken to the managers the workers several times when I first moved into here the room I first had we infested with mice and gnats I then transferred to another room and had to deal with the room being infested with mice and now this roach problem not even to mention my kids are always sick 😭 I don’t know what else to do or who else to reach out to also I am pregnant dealing with all this.

756 Huntington Ave is without hot water again . Landlord refuses to speak directly to tenants via telephone or by appt. This is the 17th time in the last 10 months we have no hot water. BrigsLLC refuses to fix the issue.

135 washington st, brighton is a complete mess and im more than confident that they are in some sort of code violation. The elevator smells like someone literally peed, i’ve attached a picture of the back hallway exit which is directly across the maintenance guy which is filled with trash which has been there for weeks and no one has done anything about it. There’s trash in the hallways, they don’t care about their tenants, i’ve put a maintenance order to check if there’s a mice in our apartment and we have yet to receive any follow up weeks if not months later. The laundry room is a complete mess, not only does the machines not work but the sink is broken so it leads to making a mess everywhere, no one keeps up with anything yet they’re are raising the rent. After a long day, i come home to no hot water, ive reached out multiple times and no one has done anything about it. I think the city truly needs to start holding these management companies accountable.

STR-568786 is approved for a single home share STR. There is not a residential exemption for this home and it therefore should not qualify for a home share STR. Additionally, the host has split this single family home into 5 rental units. Its possible that the Boston tax assessors website is behind, but according to tax records this should be a single family home with one kitchen and not 5 units each with its own kitchen. Please have the host pay taxes per a 4-8 unit apartment building tax code like everyone else with an apartment building. Please have them get separate STR approvals for units 2-5 if they qualify. If they do not qualify, please remove the listings. This dog licked me, his owner tried to get rowdy when I asked to hold it. Are dogs supposed to be in storage facilities? This gentleman seems to be living out of his unit, feel sad for him but please help ISD
