Constituent is associated with the M st softball league and reports chronic issues with the grading and drainage of the playing fields along M st. Constituent reports from the dugouts to 2nd base there is a huge puddle that has been standing for several days as well as smaller puddles around the field. Constituent reports that the right side railing for the steps at the Adams and Winthrop St entrence to the square is unsteady. This rail poses a danger and is unstable for use.
