Constituent states that a home was demolished and a fire alarm was left on and has been going off since 1pm yesterday. He has a hearing issue and it is now causing difficulty functioning. BFD came by around 3pm yesterday and stated that it was unsafe to rumage through the debris. A few hours later an elderly neighbor was trying to find it to turn it off. It has now infringed on the neighbors quality of life. |

The re-bricking of the plaza is complete. No work has been done for months. The junk left behind blocks Freedom Trail, and pedestrians traffic. Tourist season gets into high gear and the "entrance" to historic North End is a mess.
