Constituent states that a home was demolished and a fire alarm was left on and has been going off since 1pm yesterday. He has a hearing issue and it is now causing difficulty functioning. BFD came by around 3pm yesterday and stated that it was unsafe to rumage through the debris. A few hours later an elderly neighbor was trying to find it to turn it off. It has now infringed on the neighbors quality of life. |
