452 and 454 Hanover street have at least 3 bags of trash and 1 bag recycling out. Trash isn’t picked up until Monday. Bags are white and clear, not required black bags. Recycling is loose on a paper bag. Trash is left at stairs to stage for Madonna Della Cava Frast which starts today through weekend. This residence routinely puts trash out on non-trash days.
