Intersection at Birmingham parkway and soldiers field road in Brighton. Sidewalk is totally covered in ice and pedestrians are walking in the street because it is not safe to use the sidewalk

Sidewalk not shoveled. I have asked this to be referred to DCR now three times and that has not happened. They are the ones who are in charge of clearing it, and they do not pick up their phones. Please contact MASS DCR to clear it. This has been an issue for days. This is the ONLY sidewalk to leave my house, and it is dangerous. Would you like me to walk on Soldiers Field Road? That sounds like it would go really well for me.

Sidewalks on (both sides) Agassiz Road are treacherous! I understand that the Jersey barrier is blocking vehicular traffic on the road, and the road is not plowed/treated, but the sidewalks are OPEN and they are completely iced over!

Bridge over Fenway stop still icy

Ice covered sidewalks and plaza area in front of city hall and Government Center t-station TWO DAYS after the snow/rain. Someone is going to get seriously injured trying to go to or from city hall.
