Sidewalk is missing bricks. Multiple reports submitted for weeks. 311 - why aren’t you fixing this?!?! You’ve closed older reports, so you’re certainly seeing them. How about some action?

The curb is visibly higher than the sidewalk. The water pools on the sidewalk and invades the basement. Either the curb needs to be lowered on the sidewalk raised. | Cause of damage: [Other] Sidewalk material: [Concrete]
