I have reported to 311 for YEARS a small hole around this cover, and it was never addressed by BWW. It's now large and exceedingly precarious and if not addressed *immediately* people may be injured in a just a single misstep. 1960 Comm Ave

Good luck. This has been an issue for years and there have been many 311 reports about it. The city has a dedicated commitment to not fixing this.
