Constituent is requesting a general study of the area of 260 Tremont St, stating that it is a dangerous pickup/dropoff location for Tufts Medical Center Primary Care. Constituent states that it's a dangerous area for people picking up or dropping off due to the narrow conditions of the road, potentially allowing someone to be hit by a passing vehicle when exiting their own. |

Constituent states that there is a loading zone in this area that goes from 7 AM to 4 PM. Is requesting that the zone have expanded hours to be 7 AM to 7 PM due to work that they do in the area |

Caller states there is a need for speed humps to be installed on the street. Caller states it is a two way street and cars speed down it. Caller says the other side streets in the area have humps installed and she is requesting her street also have them |

The constituent said there is a tow zone sing at location with no time or any thing @ location with an arrow blacked out. The constituent said  the sign is at the intersection of Rector rd on Rector. A case was made to Code Enforcement as well (00271894) |

New lane congestion at Walworth and South. The lanes are great; parking on Walworth, however, greatly contributes to congestion there, especially since Fallon Field is a popular spot this time of year. Four cars make for a very tight fit, with most drivers crossing the double yellow lines to avoid damaging the parked cars. To avoid being hit, many of the parked cars are now straddled on the sidewalks, which hinders pedestrian traffic. Is there anything that can be done in that area to prevent something ugly from happening? Thank you for your consideration. |

Hello -- I live in Brighton and I park my car on Lanark Rd. To get off this one way street, you have to take a left onto Sutherland Rd but it's impossible to see if cars are coming down the street because the parked cars on the even side of the street. A lot of people park in a parking lot on Lanark so this is asking for people to be T-boned. Can a few parking spaces be removed so we can confidently see cars coming? It's so dangerous! |

Constituent states that some speed bumps were installed on their street however they are too low to deter speeding. Is requesting that the speed bumps are raised to help prevent this issue |

Caller states that she  has been calling since Friday for a no parking anytime sign that is in front of 732 e second st that has pen writing with the dates 7/27-7/31 with no permit number. She spoke with BTD on Friday and they states they will send a supervisor out she spoke with BTD and was told to call construction management to find out if they are aware of the permits .caller would like this sign to be looked into and for a followup |

Subject: Request for Investigation – New Towing Signage on Monsignor Albert A. Jacobbe Road I am requesting that the City of Boston immediately investigate recently installed “NO PARKING” signs posted along Monsignor Albert A. Jacobbe Road by or on behalf of Clippership Wharf. The signs state that all vehicles will be towed beginning July 31. This roadway has historically been used by neighborhood residents, many of whom possess valid Boston Resident Parking permits. Residents returned home to find these signs without prior notice or explanation. I respectfully request that the City determine and provide written confirmation of:     •    Whether Monsignor Albert A. Jacobbe Road is a public street, private way, or a private way open to public travel.     •    The exact public/private boundary for the roadway and curb where the new signs were installed.     •    Whether Clippership Wharf or its management has legal authority to prohibit curbside parking and authorize towing in this location.     •    Whether the required City approvals or permits were issued for these signs.     •    Whether the public was provided notice before enforcement begins.     •    Whether an accessibility review was conducted regarding the impact on elderly residents, individuals with disabilities, pregnant residents, families with young children, and others who rely on nearby curbside parking. Because towing is scheduled to begin on July 31, I respectfully request an expedited investigation and, if necessary, that enforcement be delayed until the City’s review is complete. Thank you. |
