Rat ran across street into buses

Noise outside the South Standard apartment building at 235 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston from trucks before 6AM on weekdays. Incredibly loud beeping. Wakes people up around 5AM and continues for around an hour. The trucks are carrying construction materials and parked in the driveway behind the building. Has been occurring every week day this whole week.
