Multiple broken/displaced bricks in front of 20 Upton St, Boston 02118 in need of repair. People were repeatedly tripping on them on Halloween.

On the north Washington street bridge from Charlestown to north end there is graffiti on the bridge that has hate language that is offensive. Please clean it l. It’s on the Charlestown marina side

The red indicator light on the fire alarm call box in front of 213 Hanover St is out (reported unlit). This is the red globe on the fire call box pole, not a regular streetlight. Please check and repair.

Small motorcycle parked for months in front of our house. It’s blocking our ability to put trash out . Can it be impounded or moved? The address is 204 Chelsea Street in East Boston.

Please add a sign in front of 38 Beechcroft St. to make clear that vehicles should not park so close to or obstruct the Beechcroft St. x Hester St. intersection. Cars illegally park right up to or past the intersection on a regular basis, obstructing views, making turns more difficult than necessary, and blocking trash/yard waste pick up every week. Based on Boston's parking regulations, no vehicle should stop, stand, or park "upon any street or way within twenty (20’) feet of an intersecting way, except alleys". As such, that stretch of sidewalk should accommodate only 1 vehicle at most, not 3. Photos are from 2 separate days (out of 3 days), but vehicles that park like this occur regularly.

Sidewalk needs concrete after National Grid dug it up in 09/23/26 and left it uneven. Home owner has fallen and injured leg and hand.

We started a new homeowners insurance policy and they are requiring the sidewalk be fixed to maintain our coverage. Please contact us on how we can partner to remediate.
