A commercial truck has been consistently parked overnight on Whiting Street in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston Massachusetts since approximately November 2025. Between November 2025 and March 2026 during the winter months when street cleaning operations were suspended the vehicle remained stationary and was not observed being moved during that period. Beginning in April 2026 when street cleaning resume the vehicle began rotating between different parking spaces on the street in apparent response to streets cleaning schedules. Despite these movements the vehicle has continued to park overnight on the residential street on an ongoing basis dating back to November 2025. The pattern observed suggests continued long-term overnight storage or non-operational parking of the commercial vehicle within the residential area.

Dilapidated mobility ramps for those using devices to support themselves. Cracked sidewalk further exacerbates the problem. This is the 2nd report to 311 but about the 5th or 6th time this has been brought to the attention of someone in the city. This complete non compliance for ADA regulations and directly affects the tax paying owners on Fulton St.
