Vehicle parked on sidewalk for past 3 days

Tree roots have caused the sidewalk to very difficult for strollers and people on wheelchairs.

I would like to report a U-Haul moving truck that has been parked on this street for approximately three months. The truck is improperly parked and obstructing my driveway. The truck is positioned in a way that makes it very difficult for me to safely enter and exit my driveway. The street is a two-way street, and the way the truck is parked is also making it difficult for other vehicles to pass through safely. This is creating a traffic obstruction for drivers traveling in both directions. I am requesting parking enforcement to please assess the situation and have the vehicle moved so that access to my driveway and normal traffic flow can be restored.

Its funny I park across the street on a holiday on Melcher street for 5 minutes to get something because residents parking was filled and almost everyday there filled with non-resident cars and never get tickets, that's really strange🤔
