Please put trash bin back at the corner. The removal of one has resulted in dog poop bags left on the sidewalk

The city tree in front our our house at 83 Woodard Rd., West Roxbury, has black knot fungus. The city has come out to prune it before, however, it has always come back and is definitely back now with a vengeance. I read recently that black knot fungus must be removed when it is 14 degrees F or lower, to prevent the spread of spores. Can this be placed on a list to take care of, please. We love the tree but we don't think it will survive unless the pruning is done carefully, in the proper weather so as the fungus does not return. In addition, on the same tree, there is a large black gaping hole at the intersection of 2 of the largest branches, possibly caused by the fungus. To me it appears that if it progresses much further one of the branches could fall or be blown off. This is worth checking out soon. Please see attached photos taken within the past week, first two of the damage/hole between the branches, last one of the tree's branches showing early spring leaves and many examples of the fungus.

Illegal trash. 2 TVS and an air conditioner. Trash day was yesterday. This is the second time these items were placed out for trash. Condo owners need to educate their renters to call and arrange for pickup.
