Rats Running Rampant on Gold St in South Boston.

2nd report from Allston Street in Charlestown about a rodent problem. Rats ate the insulation under the hood of the car parked at 38 Allston Street.

A Tree ninja is at it again. Someone is trying to cut down a tree on morrow rd. It’s going to eventually be unsafe. I think it must be the mentally ill guy that is known as the tree ninja in brighton. Someone needs to come down here and watch what’s going on at night. There are new saw marks and I think he does it overnight.

A large Kelkova tree was removed on Oct. 28, due to serious upheaval of sidewalk, interference with wires and my request. Arborest did an excellent job. However, the sidewalk was left in a unsafe condition. There are heavy, good-sized slabs of broken concrete that could move or tip into the street. Public works need to repair the sidewalk as soon as possible. My husband was able to move the worse piece away from the curb a little, but it appears to be sinking back off the curb. Severe "rotting fish" and biological odor coming from the recently burned-out apartment building at 209-211 Boylston St. The building, notorious for heavy rat activity, has enveloped the neighborhood with the stench of decomposing rodents trapped in the walls and floorboards following the fire evacuation. Immediate public health concern for neighbors.

Broken down vehicles blocking the street, unregistered, no plates broken down in the street blocking resident from moving this is an everyday occurrence

I'm requesting a housing inspection for an ongoing German cockroach infestation in my apartment. We've had four professional treatments on April 9, September 25, October 15, and October 29, 2026, but the infestation has continued to worsen. We're currently seeing approximately 3–4 live cockroaches daily, including adults and babies, primarily around the kitchen sink and stove, but they sometimes travel to the bathroom and living room areas too. Management has acknowledged that several units in the building are affected and arranged a building-wide treatment on October 29. Despite following all preparation instructions and making our apartment accessible for every treatment, the problem remains unresolved. I'm requesting city involvement because I'm concerned the property may not be complying with 105 CMR 410.550(B) and (C), which require owners of multi-unit residences to maintain the property free from pest infestations and establish requirements for effective pest elimination. I'm also concerned about potential violations of 105 CMR 410.500(A), which requires buildings to be maintained in a pest-resistant condition and free of structural defects that allow pest entry or harborage. I would like an inspector to assess the infestation, inspect potential sources in the building, and determine whether management is meeting its obligations under the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code. 659 Centre St. JP Licks. Same bike still here going now on 1 1/2 months at city bike rack obstructing others from using the same bike rack. This is like my 5th reported complain and the number on the bike? Never an answer for me.
