There is a huge lack of motorcycle parking available below Summer Street. Normally I would park on pearl street and walk to work from there, but only two spots are open and they are constantly overfull with other motorcycle commuters. There are a large number of 2 hour parking spaces available on Bedford Street. Is it possible to get a couple of additional motorcycle spots placed there?

Trash needs to be cleaned that has accumulated between 11 Marion and 395 Meridian where there is a gap between the properties.]

The sidewalk outside 22 Hardwick street is in deplorable, unsafe condition Tree trunk and roots has raised it even further since I submitted issue last year

Red jeep - MA plate 2 EHB 61 on Waverly St in Brighton. In resident spot with no resident sticker. Unmoved for over a week. Across from 73 Waverly St - Beside 70 Waverly St

Rodent sighting at 21-23 Centre st, Roxbury MA. There's been an ongoing rodent issue at this building and the adjacent buildings around it. Cruz Management refuses to handle the situation correctly! They'd rather throw a bandaid on the problem which creates more problems. There are also issues with birds, nests, and other animals crawling in holes that Cruz refuses to fix.
