Car has been sitting in same parking spot for 2 months now. And the registration is expired. Grey Nissan Altima parked at Normandy st and Supple Rd. But car is located on Normandy st.

Owner releases dog in back yard between the hours of 11pm & 7am and it barks incessantly for prolonged periods of time. This has been happening on a daily basis for the past 6 months. Most recent occurrence was at 2:38am on March 22.

Trash in gutter / sidewalk / lawn . BPA properties. 17, 19 21 Roseclair but on both sides from Boston St to mid Roseclair. Glass broken in street between 24-28. Constant trash from Dunkin. Larger closed trash bins requested for Dunkin.
