Party play music out door too loud .

Very loud music/drums coming from Franklin Park area at 10:15 pm on Sunday night. Can hear clearly inside my house over 1 mile away. Please do not continue to allow these loud, disruptive gatherings which happen every weekend.

This is a neighborhood noise complaint. The house @ 20 Old Road Dorchester is doing what it has been doing the last 6 YEARS: blasting loud music loud enough to shake my house 2 blocks away, creating a block party atmosphere attracting multiple motor scooters going against traffic, illegal parking on Old Rd (posted), alcohol consumption which facilitates the nasty ones to relieve themselves on nearby properties and cars. I'm a disabled senior, a caregiver for my disabled mother, these activities make sleeping on a Sunday night impossible. This is a neighborhood nuisance that is allowed to exist and I don't understand why? I pay taxes, I'm a 50+ year resident and this is not right. Please send assistance.
