Car alarm going off since 5:30am (over 4 hours) on Belfort St, in front of church and 22 Belfort St. Car is a dark blue Audi wagon. People often park on our street and walk to the train or use it as free parking when they travel. We need resident parking but that's a separate issue. Please help with the alarm. Thank you!

Const. states there has been an ongoing issue with cockroaches in the apartment. They are also in the common areas in the building (hallways). Const. states management has been notified multiple times and still haven't taken proper extermination measures. This has been ongoing since they moved in Sept 1st. The basement units are the worst but those are inhabited currently. A white van has been parked across the street for almost 3 months where there is a man living inside it. The white van has noticeably rusted and damaged exterior and may be leaking hazardous fluids. The white van does NOT belong to garage at 20/40 Walnut Street. After the Jan 2026 blizzard, I knocked on the window of the white van saw a man sitting on driver’s seat. I offered to help the man to shovel the snow around his van, but the man politely declined. The van continues to remain parked on Walnut Street and as of March 2026, a scooter has been attached to the van tow. Van has a registered MA license plate 4FPY 63 confirming that it is registered to a legal address in the state of MA. The van needs to either return to its corresponding address or leave Walnut Street entirely. My car and address are registered on Walnut, therefore I do not park on Truman.
