There is a dead rat on the sidewalk in front of 382 Riverway. Can the city please remove and dispose of it? Also, I had logged a report of the failure of the trash company to pick up 3 Christmas trees in front of 382 Riverway. They were all Placed there on the specific days the City had indicated that they needed to be there in the first week of January. After they were placed there, they were not picked up and then the snow came. Now that the snow is gone and the trees are visible again, can they be removed? Thanks so much for your attention to these two issues.

Noise Code Violation Complaint: Shaking Crab (140 Boylston St) I am writing to report a recurring noise violation originating from the rooftop exhaust fan at the Shaking Crab restaurant. Multiple residents at 150 Boylston and 2 Boylston Park have reported a continuous low-frequency humming and beeping reaching 70 dB throughout the night. This noise is preventing sleep and causing headaches for students in these dormitories. Despite our efforts to contact the restaurant directly, we have received no response. Please dispatch an inspector to measure the decibel levels and ensure the equipment is brought into compliance with city noise ordinances. I have video evidence of the noise available upon request. Al’s employees use the city owned part of this sidewalk as a parking lot everyday.

7th request in 10 years without any action from the city of Boston. Pavement and sidewalk sinking and deteriorating. Sinkhole developing around sewer cap. Water and rats rushing in and out. I will not be paying for any damage to my property foundation if compromised by water damage. Please send someone to address ASAP.

I would like to request a review of the handicap parking spaces located between 279 and 312 princeton st. There are currently 6 handicap parking spots on this block, which significantly reduces the number of regular parking spaces available for residents. I would appreciate it if the city could review whether all the permits associated with these spaces are still active and valid. If any permits are no longer valid or needed, please consider removing or reassessing some of these spaces. That would help a lot of residents

South Boston is pulling so absolute BS. No parking/road closures require multiple day notice. Throughout the snowstorms, the city put No Parking signs up that didn’t have any dates on them and again on st Patrick’s day, they did the same things on E. 1st. This is thousands and thousands of dollars of what seems like city fraud. Get your act together.
