Mattress in front of neighbors house, has been there for over a week

Bed has been sitting on sidewalk for days. There are no home in front of it. It is a white mattress. It a full or queen. Been there since labor day weekend

Homeless persons sleeping materials. Tent, mattress, cushions, they have hidden blankets in the storage bin meant for the Elliot school kids. please if someone could take this stuff out it would be appreciated. We have called 311 and reported as well as BPD. They’ve been sleeping here for weeks and it has to stop w school starting thanks.
