My apartment was damaged by leaking water last Friday. A pipe broke on the third floor, and water ran all the way down, leaking through my ceiling, drywall, and bathroom light. Currently, we have to stay in a hotel; the insurance company provided one week of temporary housing. Upon communicating with the landlord's maintenance team, I feel that they only want to repaint the wall. ( told me I only need to remove the mattress) I'm worried about electricity safety, mold, and the water-soaked drywall. And I doubt this is the first time they're doing so. Since I moved into this apartment in Aug 2024, I developed depression, asthma, and constant skin allergies. I even complained about bedbugs, because our symptoms were so similar to insect bites. Could you please send an inspector to check the mold infection? Thank you so much.

two bathrooms on fourth floor toilet what you stand up use leaks all on the floor and also i inform staff supervisor a few times nothing done and sometimes toilet don't flush and at night floor has urine leaking from toilet and toilet tissue with shit on it and it breaks down person mentally hygiene issues. Motorized scooter using rug as a weather cover in front of assisted living. It’s there everyday and last year it was blocking the opposite side of the street with a mattress cover as weather protection. Definitely not leaving 42” for pedestrians or wheel chairs or strollers.
