    Constituent is calling on behalf of her father, James Sanders. Constituent states that several reports have been submitted regarding bed bugs in his BHA apartment. States someone from ISD went out to inspect apartment yesterday and confirmed bed bugs in apartment, BHA confirmed issue on 2/15. States BHA sent letter to Trinity Mgmt notifying them they have 30 days to take care of issue, stating they would be back on 3/20 to inspect again. Constituent states that her father's apartment is still infested with bed begs (mattress, couch, etc). Constituent is requesting assistance in getting her father alternate housing until apartment is cleared and given final inspection and approval. States her father is elderly and disabled, and cannot live in the apartment for the next month while the bed bugs are still there. States her father is low-income, requesting his furniture is replaced once all of this is resolved. Constituent is reqesting a phone call back. ***UPDATE: Constituent also notes that when trying to call Greater Boston Legal Services, the phone message said that they were not accepting any calls.
