7 cars belonging to 1 home zoned for only 3. Continues to demonstrate that more than the designated people declared to be living in 19 Cowing are residing there. There are 6 cars and 1 truck occupying the street tonight. The neighborhood has repeatedly complained about the occupied spaces & all owners of the cars have been observed going in and out of the residence repeatedly. All car owners are living in some capacity in this home zoned only for 3 cars and it is a 2 family with a 3rd floor mini apartment, which clearly has more than the allowed residents as demonstrated by the additional mattresses stored on the back porch.

Individuals come in and out of home via basement, 2 front doors, back door, etc. It appears there is a short term rental as well, and more than 8 cars, including work vans, reside on the street typically belonging to this house.
