Mattress been there over 3 months. Trash days are mondays and tenants take trash out after trucks passed and the trash barrels will stay there all week long and peaople trowing trash right on top of the trash!! A lot of mice’s around here do to no proper cleaning

The infestation has led to rodents fecal matter on the constituents bedding and counter tops. They had to replace their mattress due to the damage and smell.It is believed that the entrance was by the bed base board and the holes were covered in December 2024. That has not deterred the rodents from entering the unit, mainly at night. Caller has seen a grey and a black rat (2).]
