Trash dumped on Mapes street. Mattress, bags of trash

Constituent states there is constantly trash piled up at the Mattapan trolley station. You can go one stop either way towards Lower Mills or Milton and this issue is not prevelant. This station seems to be forgotten due to where it is located. There has been a mattress that has been dumped on this property for at least 5 years and has not been removed. Constituent states there is a myriad of issues inside their unit, from bedding that is covered in the lease that was never provided after a bed bug infestation so now they have to sleep on an air mattress. Constituent states that they need a space heater to accomodate the broken window that just has winter winds blowing in, they had to ut a sheet up over the window for any blockage. Constituent states that no accomodations have been made in the unit to make movement easier for their leg injuries. Abandoned mattress on public walkway from Van Winkle to Huron Circle. Behind 41 Huron on public property. Been there for 2 weeks, called in multiple times.

Homeless trash and refuse in makeshift living area under the Charles MGH MBTA stop. This poses a significant fire hazard to the T stop if a fire was to be lit within the living area.
