This motorcycle has been parking in the resident lot off Foster Street in the north end almost every evening. Can you please ensure that it has a permit as none is visible. Also, can you please regularly visit the lot as many cars don’t seem to have stickers

The sidewalk on Richmond between Fulton and commercial is completely broken. I live at the commercial block and severely twisted my ankle walking home. Please fix. It’s truly not acceptable how poorly the sidewalks in the north end are maintained.
